Yesterday was another busy day among the draymen. the heavy 10-inch Columbiads at the Arsenal here were hauled down to the river for shipment to New Orleans, to be employed at the forts below for the defense of the city. They are black, ugly looking concerns, and we pity the vessel that should come within their range. The drays did a thriving business in hauling boxes containing musket and rifle catridges and other explosives for small arms. This all begins to look like a fight. Capt.
