Mr. Moeling has, since the battle of Galveston, devoted himself to getting up a painting of the principal scene in the battle\u2013the capture of the Harriet Lane.&nbsp; The artist has taken the moment when the Bayou City ran into the Lane, and our boarders rushed on board and captured the vessel.&nbsp; The painting gives one a good idea of the position of affairs at this juncture of the battle.&nbsp; Mr. Moeling has his picture on exhibition in the office lately occupied by Messrs.
