Steadman calls upon all the cotton yarn spinners of the State to meet in convention at Atlanta on the 15<sup>th<\/sup> inst., to arrange a united effort on the part of the factories to supply the destitute families of soldiers with yarns.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/em>Col.
