In the skirmishing which ensured, three of the enemy are said to have been made prisoners. It is also stated that the Yankees have landed a force upon Seabrook\u2019s Island, about twelve miles from Adams&#8217; Run.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">In consequence of these movements, Gen.
