We have a splendid drill ground in a large field. Received orders to get ready for review by General Grant tomorrow morning at 10 o&#8217;clock.<\/p>\n<p>The country around here is quite rough and the soil is very poor. There is a great deal of gravel and there are some rocks, but the soil works very easily.
