Bishop Meade delivered a most interesting address. He mentioned with great feeling the death of Mr. John A. Washington, of Mount Vernon, who fell at &#8220;Cheat Mountain&#8221; a few days ago, while, with some other officers, he was observing the movements of Rosecranz.
