The Members of Congress have been together in small companies trying to agree upon some plan that will satisfy all sides. The news from the South is <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">bad<\/span> as it can well be. It looks as tho the North must prepare for a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">fight<\/span>.
