Dear Sir<\/span>: I enclose a letter which I have addressed to the Secretary of the Navy; if this is the proper department, please forward for me.<\/span><\/div>\n
We want to fit out the Nashville and can give her an armament that will, with her speed, make her quite formidable, but desire to give it as little publicity as possible.<\/span><\/div>\n
