\nWe are now far into the fifth<\/em> year, since a policy was initiated, with the avowed<\/em> object, and confident<\/em> promise, of putting an end to slavery agitation.<\/span>
\nUnder the operation of that policy, that agitation has not only, not ceased<\/em>, but has constantly augmented. <\/em>In my<\/em> opinion, it will<\/em> not cease, until a crisis<\/em> shall have been reached, and passed.<\/span>
