S. steamer \u201cStar of the West\u201d captured by the rebels at Indianola, Tex.<\/li>\n<li>U. S. Sec. of the Treasury ordered that no clearances should be granted to vessels bound to ports south of Maryland.<\/li>\n<li>Pennsylvania State Volunteers reached Washington.<\/li>\n<li>Rebels obstruct the channel at Norfolk, Va., to prevent the sailing of war vessels from that point.<\/li>\n<li>Harper&#8217;s Ferry Arsenal destroyed to prevent its being held by the rebels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Pryor, E.
