Stephene, and Howell Cobb \u2014 All of 1860 and 1861 through the end of April have been published or scheduled.\u00a0 It&#8217;s from <em>Annual Report of the American Historical Association for the Year 1911.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Howell Cobb to the People of Georgia. [Washington, D. C, December 6, 18601] This address was issued as a pamphlet with the following title: &#8220;Letter of Hon. Howell Cobb to the People of Georgia, on the Present Condition of the Country.&#8221; Washington, 1860, 16 pp.<\/li>\n<li>Judith White McQuire&#8217;s 1889 diary with a key to the abbreviated names and a 1974 article, Judith W. McGuire: &#8220;A Lady of Virginia&#8221; by<br \/>\nWillie T.
